Rhapsody was painted in that moment.

The figure doesn't speak. She simply looks upward, held in a stillness that is not emptiness but fullness — full of wonder, of longing, of the particular ache of feeling something beautiful and barely being able to contain it. We have all been her. Standing somewhere ordinary, suddenly overwhelmed by the sense that life is larger and stranger and more luminous than we usually allow ourselves to feel.

This painting gives you permission to feel it again.
